So, what have we been doing over the last few months?
Despatch Times
We have for quite a while now, been testing our new Despatch Times function. This will soon appear in your rental list, next to each game, and give you an indication of how quickly this game might be despatched to you and so also potentially, which game you are likely to get next.
We want to make this as useful as possible and so following some Beta testing a while back, we have been honing and fine tuning and soon, we will be releasing this function to Priority and Unlimited membership customers.
We will then roll this out to all customers.
Value Packages
We have also made some small, but important changes to our website for Value customers, allowing you to keep track of how many rentals you have left until your next billing date.
Game Reviews
We have made it easier to leave reviews by adding in additional links – you can now review a game whether or not you have rented it from us. You can also go back and leave a review on any game you have rented, in the Rental History section of our website.
We plan to update the review interface as we know it looks a bit outdated now and this should go live in October.
We now have a section in the newsletter, where we will publish the best recent customer review. So, why not help other customers choose which games to rent and bag yourself some kudos as well!
