Game Availability
ANSWERS
  1. Do you show the availability for your games?
Our colour coding system is designed to give you some more information about the likely time to despatch this to you. Green = Despatch in 0-3 days Yellow = Despatch in 4-6 days Red = Either a new game where no data is available or if an older title despatch 7+ days Typically our average turnaround time is less than 1 day, however, this will depend on what games are in your list.

  2. Why show Despatch time?
The reason that we show an estimated despatch time is to give you a bit more information about which game we may be sending you next and when that might be. The despatch time shown is based on real data, but is still only a guide. So, it is possible that we may send you an Orange game, before a Green one, depending on what games were available on that day. However, removing or demoting games shown as Red, is a good why to ensure a faster turnaround.

  3. Why didnt you send me a game with shown as green?
Even if a game is shown with a despatch time of 0-3 days, (a green colour code), this title still may not be in stock on the day you return your game. This means you may be sent a game further down your list. The Despatch Time information is only an estimate and is based on recent but historic data and so the actual despatch time will fluctuate from time to time.

  4. Is the Despatch information up to date?
We update this information daily, so it's as accurate as possible. However it is still only an estimate, because it is based on historical data. For example, a brand new release may show as Green, just after release, because we have sent out a lot of copies all in one go. However, because we then need to wait for customers to return thier copies, it may be a few days until we are able to despatch this game out to other customers. The games colour coding may then change for a few days until it again settles back on Green, as more copies come back in.
