  1. What are Value Memberships?
    Value memberships are memberships which enable you to rent a fixed number of games a month at a great price. For example Value enables to rent up to 2 games a month.

  2. How does the system work out how many games I can have a month?
    The system works on the basis of the number of games DESPATCHED to you in any one month. So, for example, if you are on the Value package, the system will despatch up to 2 games a month to you (one at a time). Month's run from one billing date to the next.

  3. How can I tell how many games I can still rent this month?
    The easiest way at the moment is to go to Rental History on the My Account page. Then look at how many games we have sent you since your last subscription billing date. Compare this to the membership you are currently on and this will tell you how many you have left. We are currently looking at how to make it as easy as possible for Value customers to track their game useage.
