How do I become a full member after my free trial ends? You will become a full member automatically on the last day of your free trial.
Alternatively, if you rent all 3 games in your free trial before the end of the 21 days, you can set your account live, by clicking "Set My Account Live" in My Account. This means you don't have to wait for your next game!

How long is the free trial? Our free trial lasts for 21 days. Once your Free Trial is over, we collect your first payment and your full membership starts from that day.

How many Games do I receive in the Free Trial? Unless otherwise stated, you will receive 3 games, 1 at a time over 21 days.

If it's a free trial why do I have to enter a credit/debit card number? We require a valid card for every subscriber. This is to verify your identity and to ensure any potential subscriber is over 18 years of age. Your credit/debit card will not be charged during your free trial.
We carry out a "pre-authorisation" on your details to the value of 2-3 times the subscription package you select. While we don't take any money, some banks will "ringfence" this amount for a few days, which can affect your available funds.

Can my membership go live before 21 days is up? Yes, we can set your account live whenever you wish. Just go to My Account and click the relevant option.
