Service Options
Service Options is unique to Boomerang and allows you to customise the service you receive so that you get the games you really want. You can select the part of your rental list that you would like us to select games from.
Tip: The more games you allow us to chose from the faster the turnaround on your rentals will be.
Top 3
If you select Top 3, you are asking us to select your next rental from just your top 3 choices. You are guaranteed a top 3 choice. Please check the Despatch Time Icons next to each game in My Games, for likely turnaround.
Top 5
Similar to Top 3, however, because we have more games to chose from (5 instead of 3) , turnaround should be faster.
Top 10
We will select your next rental from your first 10 games. This is a good option for a balance between fast turnaround and top choices.
All Games
Best for customers with long lists who want the fastest turnaround possible.
With this option, we will select from all the games in your list. As with the options above, we will always send you the highest available game in your list, however, you are less likely to receive all top choices.
Tip: Actual turnaround depends on what games are in your list.
Want new releases more quickly? if you are on any of the Value packages, upgrading to Unlimited or Priority will ensure you get the quickest turnaround possible.
