This was the gaming equivalent of meeting the girl you fancied in high school ten years on only to discover she has 3 kids, has gained 10 stone and has grown a moustache. They have aged and having played both on the PS2 I can say with some confidence that they reveal the true divide between this generation and the last in terms of aesthetics and responsive gameplay. I wish PS3 developers would pay more attention to new projects (where is the Last Guardian?) than continuing to issue these tepid and underwhelming nostalgia trips.
