What's the best package for me?
If you want to rent PS4 or Xbox One games, or want to rent many games in a month, try Unlimited or Priority. PS4 and Xbox One games are more expensive and this is why they are only available on these packages.
If you want to rent games on other formats, and only want a few games a month, try one of the Value packages.
How long can I rent a game for?
You can rent a game for as long as you like. There are no deadlines or late fees with our service.
Do I have to pay postage?
No, all postage costs are included in the monthly subscription. Our return address is Freepost, so it's simple and convenient for you.
How does Payback Points work?
Payback Points is our loyalty program. You can earn points for everything from renting to purchasing and you can redeem them for money off and extra rentals.
How do I get new releases?
To rent new releases, you will need to have a live rental account and in some cases, a particular package level (please see Membership packages page)

Renting games with Boomerang is easy. Here's how it works?
Once you have signed up to our 21 day free trial, just select the games you would like to play, from all the different formats available. You can add games of different formats to your rental list and then place them in the order you ideally would like to receive them. Then, we will despatch your first rental as quickly as possible.
When you have played this, return it using the envelope provided to the Freepost address. Once we receive this game back, we will scan it off your account and despatch another.
Once your free trial ends, if you have selected a 2 game package, for example, we will automatically despatch another game to you. You can change your package at any time, the Change Package page will show you how this works.
You can cancel at any time, through the My Account page and then reactivate your account at a later date, to suit you.
