Quite possibly the best racing game I have ever played. great laugh when playing with friends. Definitely worth renting!
Another brilliant racer.... too many games from Boomerang :)
Plays very much like the Need for Speed games, the twist being that the cars have power ups. This single player career lacked depth and it wasn't very innovative, however it is worth completing just to hear the amazing music when the credits play! Multi player isn't much better, it's more of the same only your playing real people as oppossed to bots. Overall i give the game 6/10, decent graphics and as far as I could tell, glitch free, but as a serious Racing fan, there are much better games out there.
The game itself plays out very much like the Need for Speed series, only with powerups instead of NOS! The career mode is boring and lacks story, i don't know why it bothers to have a "previously on Blur" everytime you load up the single player, however, the game is worth grinding through if only too hear the brilliant music while the credits are on. The Multiplayer is more of the same really, no real innovation, it's not too bad, but the game gets old, very quickly! Overall the game is just a pretty version of Mario Kart for grown ups, but to be honest, it really isn't worth anything more than a rent!

A superb game from start to finish, if you love arcade style over-the-top racers. Online options are varied and races are always competitive but you'll always feel you're in with a chance of winning. There aren't many games that I miss when I send them back to Boomerang, but this is certainly one of them. It's my Game of the Year without a shadow of a doubt.
Like Mario Kart, Only bigger, Better and more badass. Take your real cars into an intense online universe of racing, and a solid single player campaign, I would highly recommend this to any fans of the old Burnout games or Racing games in general.
