Recommending Friends
  1. Why should I recommend Boomerang to my Friends?
    We will give you a month of free rentals (at your current package) for each of your friends who becomes a full, paying member, once their free trial is complete.

  2. How does it work?
    All you need to do is to log on and then click the Refer a Friend link in the Log In box (it's only visible when you have logged in). On the Refer a Friend page, simply insert the name and email address of your friends. Once you click submit, we will email your friends an introductory email, telling them a bit about Boomerang. You will also receive a confirmation email. As each of your friends signs up and then becomes a full member, you will receive an email keeping you updated. Once a friend has become a full, paying member, you will receive a "credit" for one months free rental. This mean that your next subscription will be waived and so that months rental will be free.

  3. What happens if more than one friend becomes a full member?
    As each friend becomes a full member, you will receive one months "credit" (see How Does It Work?). If more than one friend becomes a full, paying member, these "credits" are stored up and then used as each payment date is reached. This means that if 6 of your friends become full, paying members, you could have 6 free months rental with Boomerang!

  4. Is there a maximum number of friends I can refer?
    No - we want you to spread the word, so you can refer as many friends as you like. Of course, you can only refer a friend once!

  5. Can I get a refund on my subscriptions instead?
    No, we cannot give you a refund on past subscriptions, but just think about all that free rental you will enjoy!
